Accumulations exhibition

The Château d'Ouchy and Murs Porteurs are pleased to present the new exhibition Accumulations by the artist Gaël Epiney.

Gaël Epiney lives and works in Lausanne. He graduated from ECAL in 2014 and regularly exhibits in Switzerland and abroad.

His artistic practice is influenced both by the Swiss mountains and their traditions, as well as by inspirations drawn from his travels—particularly to Asia and Tibet. These journeys have reshaped his perception of the world and his creative process: the materials chosen for his long, meditative color works, and the way he arranges colors and forms.

Through this approach, he creates a subtle dialogue between nature and culture, between the mineral and vegetal worlds. At the threshold of abstraction, his aesthetic blends the organic with the geometric, opening onto a universe shaped by themes such as collection, repetition, nomadism, and the sacred.

This exhibition will be on display from March to October 2026
