Swiss Taste Week

For ten days, the 57° Grill celebrates Swiss Taste Week, an event dedicated to the pleasure of good food and culinary craftsmanship.

For the occasion, our Chefs have created three special dishes, showcasing regional flavours while giving free rein to their creativity.
