Just in time
Preorder your chicken during your booking to be served as soon as you arrive.
The roasting of our meats allows them to be cooked delicately and evenly for a guaranteed pure gustatory pleasure! However, this requires time, from 40 minutes to 1 hour of cooking.
So to avoid you lengthy wait times at the table, simply indicate the poultry of your choice when making your reservation. You will be served "Just in time" on the day itself!
